What software
does my PC require to play EM:TV video content?
As long as you
have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player installed, you should be
able to view EM:TV content. All of our video content is provided in FLV format.

Do I need a
broadband connection to view these videos?
A broadband/high
speed internet connection is recommended for the viewing of all online videos.
The old dial-up connections will struggle to cope with video downloads and
streaming media.
How long will
the videos take to load?
The majority of
our videos are recorded at a high resolution to provide the best possible
picture quality while at the same time loading as quickly as possible. The
time taken for each video to load will depend upon the length of the video,
which range from a few seconds to a few minutes.
